Our ongoing staff training programme encourages employees to undertake rigorous Health and Safety training and also multiple trades training.

All contractors are vetted and references obtained for both their financial stability and competence in application of skills.

All of our electrical contractors are qualified, registered and experienced NICEIC electrical engineers and are fully qualified to supply and issue NICEIC Completion certificates, Periodic Inspection Certificates, Fire Alarm Certificates, Emergency Lighting Certificates, and Minor Work Certificates.

All of our plumbing contractors are qualified, registered and experienced CORGI engineers. All are qualified and experienced in gas, water and waste fields, plus traditional specialist lead and cast working.

Each project is assigned its own site foreman who is responsible for both quality of work and safety of operation. Regular project meetings are undertaken between our teams, contractors and clients to ensure the highest standards are always maintained.

Our current working insurance policies include;

• £5 million public liability
• £10 million employers liability
• All details can be made available

90% of our work is repeat business from previously satisfied customers whom have extremely high standards, therefore we are happy to provide any detail or reference that may be required.
